I couldn’t find the correct times. I found this hard to do because it was hard to find out the months and years. Next time I would learn more about time.

I found this writing tricky because it was tricky to

My task was to research about the parts of a bird and research a bird's shape , color , family size, flight, habitat and population. I found this task tricky because it was tricky to understand the meaning of the words like ''family size'' also finding the answer of the questions. My next steps are to research and know other parts of other animals.

I am learning to write an narrative writing.
I found this hard because it was hard to think of ideas and making the story sense, also adding detail to the story. My next step are to write sentence make sense and add detail to the story.

My task was to write a paragraph about a native animal.
I found this tricky to find information about a Tomtit because it is a lest concern also it was tricky to find information and write it in your own words. My next are to try to use my own words to rewrite the word from the information.

Converting Improper to Mixed Fractions

Reflection
I was learning to convert improper fractions to mixed fraction.
I had to convert the mixed fraction to a mixed fraction, then I needed to convert a mixed fraction to a improper fraction. I thought  this was hard because it was hard to convert improper fractions to mixed fraction and also hard to convert improper fractions to a mixed fractions.
My next step is to keep practicing convert improper fraction to mixed fractions also mixed fractions to improper fraction

 Reflection
I am learning to writing an report about a town in New Zealand.
I was able to research about Napier and write an report about it. I found this hard because it was hard to research about Napier and it would show up some information about Napier not needed. My next step is to improve history and report about something.

Summarising Information

My Reflection
 I have been learning to find and summarise information  by choosing the most important information. I found this interesting because it was interesting to find out the famous New Zealander on the cash notes.  I found summarizing the information easy because it was easy find out that this person was a physicist scientist and the first person to split an atom.  My next steps are  to summarise the facts and think of more facts in other books.

NZ Write

My Reflection 

I am proud of my NZ write because I thought of lot of words to make a poem like the image.

It took a long time to think of poem. I enjoy writing this poem and thought of lots amazing cool words to describe the object.

Decimal Place Value

My Reflection
I have been learning to understand decimal place value. I found this tricky because it was tricky to order the decimal in order and type which is the tens,ones,hundreds, thousandth and the hundredth. My next step are to  practice ordering decimals.

I am proud of my self portraits, because my first sketching was not very prefect.  So I tried my best. i kept trying until my sketching was very prefect and  my next step is to  improve my sketching.

I am proud of this art which I did at Te Tuhi  because I  improved  of my etching and the etching was very hard on the top part  because I had to use lot of strong body power.  

Summarising

My Reflection
I am learning to summarise a text. It was tricky to write the sentences in my own words. I had to think carefully when I was doing this.It was helpful to do this activity with the teacher and a buddy.
My next step is to use what I learnt about summarising and try to do this with other texts.

I am learning to identify the parts of a graph.t was easy because I watch a slideshow and
I had a good example to refer to.  My next learning step is to create a graph with data that I collect.
